Rename Results#54

It’d be handy if you could rename the results, rather than them being listed as User 1, User 2, etc. We only test with customers we’re familiar with, and when we get a long list of responses, it’s a pain to keep track of who’s who on the results. If we could edit the result name to any text, then we wouldn’t have to track these things externally.
