Userflow is not intuitive and not easy to understand which path the users have taken. The visual needs to be better so do the metrics. The last screen show 3 (100%) people completed when in the beginning I had 6. I liked it better before when there was an optimal path and then we see other paths users take. This is hard to use when downloaded as stakeholders will not know what screens users have navigated.
This needs to go hand in hand with the set up of the study. I want to tell useberry what is the optimal flow, but I also want to see what flow users will take - and that’s not an option as part of study set up.
