At out company, we test with coworkers before send to the stakeholder, but after this change (prohibition to edit after published) we lost all this type of data and now, to test with our coworkers, to find any problem or error, we need to duplicate the test to send to the stakeholders.

With Useberry, you can only make changes to a test if no responses have been collected (either before or after the update). So, after testing with your colleagues, make sure to delete any collected data before making edits to the test.
The only elements you can edit once responses have been collected are the Tasks, Instructions, and Questions.
The recent update introduced the ability to generate multiple shareable links. For example, you can create one link for stakeholders and another for customers. However, if you decide to modify the test, make sure to pause or stop all active links first, and again, delete all collected data before making any changes
Still, you need to make changes if you notice that you put a wrong jump, and all people that will test will fail to finish or complete some other tasks. Or you forgot to put a noodle in the prototype and you need to quickly update it. Sending another testing link is not always an option
