I would like to suggest the implementation of an Unlicensed Admin role for plans that implement SSO updates, as well as billing departments within organizations in order to pay invoices or buy users credits.
These roles would not be able to create or conduct studies but they would be able to access and update the features I mentioned above.
That would definitly be a love change.
We have admins that do not do anything other than account management, so that is exactly what we would need.
