I’d really like to be able to do a hierarchical analysis on card sort data to produce a dendrogram. This is by far the most intuitive way to look at results and quickly identify potential categories. For me, it’s the one feature that makes Optimal Workshop tempting. (A few other platforms such as UserTesting.com also support it.)
