Have only completed tests count towards quota.#307

When launching tests on site we can’t control how many people will start the test and drop off. These all count towards the quota, which is annoying as we may get maybe only a handful of completed tests and will delete anyway those that are not completed. I understand you want to push people to buy a higher quota, but it’s honestly not a great way to do so.

Agree! I didn’t get informed beforehand that there is ‘quota’ to the test. I’ve sent it out to many people, and now I need to answer them what happened. It’s useless effort.
