An extremely high percentage of users ignore the ‘i’, no matter how clearly and often we repeat to hover on it. This is a big issue in card sorts where items need some kind of explanation. Obviouslt there will always be an expected percentage of users who fail to follow the instructions, but we never had such a high rate of failure with other tools.
