Ability to add selected image to a question#252

Preference Test scenario:

Test several images, user opts to ‘Choose this one’. Selected image appears within the question “Why did you select that option?”

To have the ability to see the selected image when providing feedback during the test would help to keep the user focused as they provide feedback.

Step 1: Review image options
Step 2: Select ‘Choose this one’
Step 3: User provides feedback whilst reviewing the selected option.
