Whenever users are viewing the context screen, and there is a long text on it - there is no way for the user to understand there is more content below without scrolling first. If we have a bulleted list, there is a good chance, user doesn’t read all the information as there is no prompt that tells the user to scroll until they start scrolling.
In my screenshot, the user doesn’t actually know there are 10 bullet points, as the last 2 get clipped and the user will think there are just 7 points in the context screen.
