When doing card sorting test, the cards are too tiny. Users barely see the sign to open the image and in stead zoom in the whole browser. A few test have failed now cause feedback we got from the users was not for our prototype, but for the misfuction of the zoom option. Also, if a few cards, user has to open one after another, closing htem, loosing the flow. Would be great if they can scroll through all and decide to which category to allocate. Also why some cards can’t remain uncategorised? The test forces for some false results, if that is not what users think.
