Completion Time Metric#221

It would be great if the timer for completing a task did not start until AFTER the participant has read the instructions. Currently, all completion times are confounded by the reading speed of the participant.

This could probably be solved by a button the participant can press when they understand the instructions and are ready to begin their task.
