Add an option for participant to "pin" the instructions#210

During “Open Analytics” task it would be really great if test participants could pin the instructions and read them while roaming the prototype.

As a work around, we’ve experimented with adding a top row to our prototpyes that includes the directions - we call this a Task Row.
