Support figma fixed position on scroll#159

I use a lot of elements in my prototypes that are fixed to the top or bottom, like nav bars, headers and buttons, which helps create more realistic prototypes. I can’t do this with Useberry, it would be really great if it supported this (along with the viewport auto resize) as it all works well together
