The legal screen should not be optional#135

Participants shouldn’t be able to skip the legal screen

I like that it can be optional though, incase we want to provide legal docs that are helpful, but not required.

Sure, but once we do want to provide legal docs the participant should agree with the terms in order to continue with the test. But I saw that if the participant skips the legal screen he is directed to the end of the test. So it’s okay. I don’t know how to delete the suggestion now that I know that.
