When using a “Single task” or “Multiple tasks” block, the completion screen shows up pretty quickly which has confused users and resulted in drop-offs. Sometimes I’ve made a “All done!” page at the end, but that’s not always suitable.
I’d like to be able to set a longer delay before they get the completion-screen, so users get a chance to pick up on what happens.
Yes, very annoying to have the last screen in a task disapearing so fast. I like how it is done in UsabilityHub. When the last step is reached - the screen minimizes and a follow up question appears by the side. Follow up question is something I miss too. I have to make a separate question after the test and then user does not see a context screen any more…
It’s almost unusable because of the lack of this feature. My tests, and most I’m sure, require follow up questions after a task. If the participant can’t view the end screen, I cannot ask the questions. Hence unusable. Concerning that it’s been in the backlog for 2 years.
Thank you Useberry! So glad to see the feature in action :)
